Sono riuscito a terminare la gara, ed ora anche io ho un PB di 54:14 -11.400 MT .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; Iniziamo dall'organizzazione della gara che e' stata a dir poco fantastica, il banchetto fine gara e' stato super, frutta di ogni genere, bruschette poi torte e dolci tipici sardi e non poteva mancare la birra (un bicchiere a chi restituiva il pettorale).Il pacco gara comprendeva una maglietta e una sacca multiuso e pensare  che la quota d'iscrizione era di solo 5€... NON MALE!!&lt;br /&gt;torniamo a noi!La gara, e stata stupenda una partenza adrenalinica ci ha fatto perdere subito le tracce di zioAntonio che ha un passo completamente diverso dal nostro, mentre io e' Alessandro abbiamo percorso tutta la gara affiancati. Dal 3° km  si viaggiava con passo costante con gruppi gia delineati,  al 5° arriva il 1°rifornimento ,ho preso la bottiglietta ma per bere dovevo fermarmi e quindi perdere il mio compagno e sicuramente tanto tempo quindi  ho optato per lasciarla cadere. Chi si e' fermato per bere non e' piu' riuscito a riprendermi cosi al secondo rifornimento sono passato dritto. Un po' alla schumacher :) certo la velocità non e' stata la stessa ma ... va bene! In piu' e tornato il dolore al ginocchio, lo stesso dell'anno scorso che con un po' di esercizi specifici e pomatina  miracolosa sta passando. I piani sono distrutti ,doveva essere l'ultima settimana di carico per poi rilassarmi invece.. La gara si disputerà intorno al lago artificiale del rio leni dove si svolgeva il famoso xterra italy.&lt;br /&gt;Il percorso e caratterizzato da sali e scendi continui e gli ultimi 5 km circa sono molto particolari in quanto hai il traguardo in linea d'aria molto vicino dandoti la sensazione di essere ormai alla fine ma le continue rientranze ti portano a dover fare altri 5km distruggendoti psicologicamente. Conto di chiuderla in 50" so' che sicuramente non e' un grandissimo tempo ma ho ancora troppo  da smaltire  per poter pretendere un tempo migliore.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ieri non avevo pero' tanta voglia di correre cosi sono andato in piscina mangiandomi 3200mt con una bella sessione di gambe.&lt;br /&gt;Ma... oggi dovrei correre, con un bel medio. Ma oggi,  visto che il mio socio di corsa si e' dato alla fuga, ho voluto affrontare un po' di salita, percorrendo una strada panoramica stupenda. Certo non avro' tenuto una grande media visto il dislivello, ma l'importante e divertirsi. Arrivo al punto di partenza carico come non mai con un piccolo riscaldamento di una decina di minuti, sin quando il mio fedele garmin non inizia il suo inesorabile "&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;TIN TIN&lt;/span&gt;" e via si parte con le ripetute le prime 4 vanno abbastanza bene poi... come nei migliori allenamenti un vento fortissimo mi viene contro, complice una leggera salita mi fa' cambiare marcia facendomi salire su di giri, e rallentando la mia prestazione. Ma sono troppo testardo cosi  ho portato a termine l'allenamento prefissato. La tabella prevedeva un fondo medio veloce di 6 km con 1,5km di riscaldamento.123.. si inizia!! Il riscaldamento procede ottimamente e le gambe rispondevano nonostante ci fosse un caldo tremendo. Il garmin inizia a fischiare "PIN PIN PIN" capisco che si sta per iniziare i 6km ma per sicurezza ci butto un occhio e comincio ad aumentare il passo (certo non saranno tempi da record ma comincio a vedere qualche miglioramento. Le sensazioni durante la corsa erano tantissime, dividevo il percorso in km ponendomi come obbiettivo il km successivo e cercando di non forzare troppo per non rimanere senza  benzina.  Alla fine guardo il garmin e noto con soddisfazione che ho percorso 6km finalmente sotto i 5/km (SI festeggia). si... un altro male è capitato ma questa volta non a me personalmente, ma al mio amico e compagno di bici.&lt;br /&gt;Prendiamo, tramite sky appuntamento alle 14 per un giro in mtb ma... al suo arrivo comincia a lamentarsi e ingiuriare contro il fratello che giorni prima gli aveva usato la bici e restituendola con il cerchio ovale, il cambio piegato verso l'interno e la  sella praticamente spezzata in due.&lt;br /&gt;Povero... fratello quando rientra a casa!! .. eheheheh!&lt;br /&gt;nonostante tutto usciamo, ma al 1o°km si accorge che la bici è praticamente inutilizzabile visto i mille rumori che faceva, cosi optiamo per rientrare percorrendo solo 20km, cosi mi viene un brillantissima idea uscire a correre per 3km per vedere la reazione delle gambe dopo la bici.&lt;br /&gt;Mi cambio velocissimo prendo il garmin e  via!!! i primi 400 mt sono traumatici gambe durissime sopratutto nella parte posteriore ma continuo agevolato dalla  leggera discesa fino al 3 km chiudendolo abbastanza bene. Pero'  tra me e me dico "un po' troppo facile con il dislivello a favore" cosi provo per un altro km a tenere lo stesso passo dei precedenti 3km pero questa volta in leggera salita con il medesimo risultato. Fidati, ci vuole veramente poco a dedicare una mezz'ora. E non dire che la discoteca, gli studi, la fidanzata, il marito, i figli, il lavoro, le ore piccole... Trenta minuti di corsa, o forse anche meno, ti rimetteranno in sintonia col mondo. Ti aiuteranno a recuparare la fatica mentale e fisica. A dormire e mangiare meglio. Ad affrontare la vita con più ottimismo. Saranno le endorfine o solo la voglia di fare qualcosa di veramente tuo (o con i tuoi), chi lo sa. Ma sarà. Attenzione: i muscoli delle        gambe sono importanti &lt;i&gt;(soprattutto quelli delle cosce, uno dei più grossi        del corpo)&lt;/i&gt; e dunque consumano molta energia &lt;i&gt;(ossigeno fra altro):&lt;/i&gt; Come anticipato i primi 2 di riscaldamento sono una tortura ma, il terzo km con un andatura leggermente più veloce sembra molto efficace per eliminare  i piccoli fastidi ma... ajme! mi restano  altri 4 km dove in alcuni tratti faccio sinceramente una gran fatica, mentre in altri mi sento veramente energico. Sinceramente il passo non mi sembrava tanto veloce infatti quando vado a vedere il grafico del mio caro amico garmin forerunner mi da ragione...  alla fine della seduta inizio a rallentare quando un vero  nubifragio mi cade sopra. "Bhe!! che fare? defatichiamo?? NOOO!" continuo a correre come si vede nel grafico per altri 2 km per poter raggiungere la macchina, e cavolo!  sentivo le gambe energiche e reattive  tanto che mi lasciavano spazio di pensare liberamente. Indossato le mie scarpe da running ho iniziato  i fatidici 10 km di fondo. Logicamente compagno inseparabile era il mio garmin forerunner che ormai da dicembre verifica tutto. Andiamo a raccontare  i primi 5 km, che   sono stati fantastici, le gambe rispondevano benissimo e mi sentivo  di poter dare molto di più, cosa che logicamente non ho fatto. Il ritorno, Gli altri 5 km sono andati  meno bene un pò per il vento contrario (cavolo sempre sto vento) un pò per la stanchezza. Inizio con un  timido riscaldamento di circa 2 km per poi eseguire i 5 km di corsa. BHE!!!che delusione... sono stati molto meno di 5k visto che ho eseguito i primi  km veloci  contro vento (maestrale) per trovarmi  poco dopo  in fase di decadenza. Di forma curva e di peso contenuto (massimo 250 grammi nella misura 9 US), presentano poco dislivello tra avampiede e tallone, sono quasi sempre piatte e con potere ammortizzante molto limitato. L'alleggerimento comporta inoltre una drastica riduzione dei vari sistemi di controllo del movimento per garantire la massima liberta' di azione, ottima flessibilita' e una risposta reattiva. Indicate per le gare su strada di atleti leggeri e veloci; vietate invece ai podisti lenti e pesanti e ai pronatori.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                     &lt;strong&gt;Intermedie(A2)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modelli da running della categoria intermedie sono compresi tra i 250 e i 290 grammi (nella misura 9 US). Queste scarpe presentano un buon compromesso tra ammortizzamento nel retropiede e flessibilita' nell' avampiede, e un dislivello medio tra tallone e avampiede. In alcuni casi sono dotate di supporti di controllo del movimento il cui intervento e' comunque limitato. L'ammortizzamento e' quasi sempre buono. Gli atleti piu' in forma e leggeri possono usare alcuni modelli di questa categoria anche per gli allenamenti; i podisti piu' pesanti o meno veloci come scarpe da gara.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;          &lt;strong&gt;Massimo Ammortizzamento(A3)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alla categroria massimo ammortizzamento appartengono le scarpe da running di peso superiore ai 300 e inferiore ai 400 grammi,di forma dritta o semicurva, con un buon dislivello tra avampiede e tallone per salvaguardare tendini e articolazioni da infortuni. Questi modelli sono quelli piu' usati dai podisti negli allenamenti e, di norma, sono i piu' indicati per qualsiasi chilometraggio (da 2 a 100km a piacere). Sono l'ideale per gli atleti con appoggio neutro o in inversione (piede rigido). Inoltre, quasi tutti i corridori che utilizzano plantari personalizzati usano scapre di questa categoria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;         &lt;strong&gt;Stabili(A4)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stabili sono scarpe di peso compreso tra i 300 e i 400 grammi, a forma dritta, create per correggere l'eccesso di pronazione, ovvero per chi ha il piede piatto e tende a piegare le calzature all'interno. Resistono ai movimenti del piede sull' asse longitudinale mediano senza che si verifichi una deformazione permanente nella loro struttura verso l'interno. In alcuni modelli di peso contenuto si puo' trovare un buon compromesso tra ammortizzamento e stabilita'. Tutte le scarpe di questa categoria sono decisamente sconsigliate ai supinatori, cioe' ai corridori con piede rigido che appoggiano il piede all'esterno.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;                     &lt;strong&gt;Trail Running(A5)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il trial running, la corsa fuori strada che si pratica in completa libertà sui viottoli di campagna, i sentieri dei boschi, i greti dei torrenti, le dune del deserto, le scarpe devono essere "speciali". Le calzature di questa categoria sono infatti dei piccoli carri armati, leggeri ma indistruttibili, capaci di garantire il massimo della prestazione anche sui fondi piu' scivolosi e difficili. La calzata deve essere perfetta, il piede non deve assolutamente ³ballare² e la scarpa deve dare la sensazione di massima tenuta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;         &lt;strong&gt; Chiodate(A7)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Categoria chiodate e specialistiche racchiude tutte le scarpe studiate espressamente per le diverse specialita' dell¹atletica leggera che si possono praticare in uno stadio, ovvero i salti, le corse, i lanci.
